Project implementation: The study has been revealed the differences between the boundaries of theancient freshwater-side and the ancient turbid seawater-side since 1984-1986, and the act of 1204-1205 had performed again after 13 sexagenary cycle on the Chugalug pass (Khuntrug khutul) and Tannu-Ola Mountain, it is confirmed by the basis of science.
The purpose of the project: On April 26, 1986, had occurred the accident at the Chernobyl nuclearpower plant while differentiating the boundaries of the river basin with the freshwater water in thecountry where Khara Daga in the Crimean Peninsula and the Yellow River basin of Ukraine, it wasscientifically proven to have failed to integrate into the Turkic civilization at all times.
