Project implementation: The Solar-Lunar calendar of the Xiongnu continued 12480 years andit ended in1983. The Solar-Lunar calendar of the Xiongnu begun from 1984 year, and right now37th year is occurred. As well as, the new calendar of the Turkic begun from 1986 year, andright now 33th year is occurred. But 55th year of the new calendar of ancestor Mongol inCentral Asia is occurred in this year. This is a history that is happening only in Central Asia. However, outside of Central Asia, the history of mankind, the history of the environment, andthe history of statehood have reached a "deadlock into the development of ruined cities." Theonly one way out of this deadlock is to launch a new Turkic Calendar around the world and tobegin the action of re-emergence and renascence in the history of mankind. The similar actionhad happened in the quaternary era of the Earth's crust.
The purpose of the project: According the discovery of science which made in the theory ofevolution, the statehood, mankind and environment has been reached a deadlock in February ortiger month of lunar calendar (lunation) of the orients on the limestone layer in the house ofcorpuscle. Thus, mankind, environment and statehood constantly reach into deadlock of thedevelopment in every 13 sexagenary. The only one way out of this deadlock is to begin thequaternary era of astronomical evolution of the Earth’s crust where the geographical locationbegun the big first bang on the earth and is requesting to join in the beginning of the newcalendar of the Turkic. It is announced for Globally, and the goals with to put into circulation international scientific research work.
